This was a green field expansion that enabled the owner to clean out returned rail cars before storage on site.   

The box culvert project included a 12’ wide by 6’ high and 64 long box culvert that required a stream re-alignment and enhancement.  During construction of the box culvert we diverted the stream .  The complexity of the box culvert project was the cold weather construction and working through the WI DNR requirements for stream by-pass channels.

The track 60 clean out structure is an elevated structure with enclosure that allows the owner to empty their rail cars prior to storage.   This project included the fabricated steel shelter structure.  The 170 foot long structure allows the owner to empty four rail cars at a time.
