The Industrial Division employs union operators, carpenters, laborers, cement finishers, ironworkers, and millwrights. Work for other trade divisions is subcontracted to pre-qualified, performance-proven subcontractors. In all instances, project managers, field superintendents, and all field personnel are managed utilizing a team concept approach. This allows the Lunda to anticipate and eliminate potential problems and to coordinate all the project players to assure a safe and timely completion of the project.
